1. At what temperature does Nerush™ need to be stored?

Keep Nerush™ in a cool, dry place at a room temperature of 25 degrees Celsius or below.

2. What are the nutritional facts for Nerush™?

Nutritional facts are available in English on each box of Nerush™. You can also view nutritional facts under the Ingredients tab at the top of the NerushTM website.

3. Where can I find directions in Chinese or Japanese for taking Nerush™?

Directions for Nerush™ are available in English, Chinese and Japanese on each box of Nerush™.

4. Can I add a packet of Nerush™ to my morning smoothies or other foods?

You can, but keep in mind that the calorie content will go up and the taste of the product may be altered if you combine Nerush™ with other foods.

5. Can I take Nerush™ if I’m pregnant or have other health issues?

Like all nutrition products, pregnant or lactating women, diabetics, hypoglycemics, and people with known medical conditions and/or those taking medications should consult with a licensed physician and /or pharmacist prior to taking Nerush™.

6. Is Nerush™ approved by a credible organization?

Nerush™ is formulated by health and nutrition experts and is produced at a GMP pharmaceutical-grade facility within the USA. Please note that none of the statements regarding NerushTM have been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration and Nerush™ is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent or cure any disease.

7. Can I mix the product with boiling water?

For best results, only mix Nerush™ with cold or warm water. For the best taste, we suggest that you mix the contents with cold water. Mixing Nerush™ with boiling water will diminish the benefits of the product.

8. What is the maximum amount of packets I can take per day?

You should not take more than 2 packets per day. Please schedule a consultation with your physician if you wish to take more.

9. How old do I need to be to take Nerush™?

You must be at least 18 years old to take Nerush™.

10. What are the possible side effects or allergic reactions of taking Nerush™?

If you are prone to allergic reactions, consult your healthcare provider prior to using this or any supplement product available on the market. Payment and Ordering

1. How do I pay for my order? Can I pay in installments?

We offer payments by credit card only. Payments need to be paid in full. We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Discover and CUP credit cards. 

2. How secure is my online order? What measures are taken to ensure the security of data transmissions?

The professional security SSL service is provided by a well-known hosting server in the USA.

3. How will I know that you have received my order?

As soon as we receive your order, you will be sent an automated email confirming the order with your order number.

4. How do I change or cancel my order?

You cannot change the quantity after you submit your order. Please re-confirm the number of sets you wish to purchase prior to submitting your order. To cancel your order after submission, contact our client support team online.

5. What is the exchange rate used for currency conversion? Will the price change when currency rate changes?

A fixed rate is used for currency conversion. However, we will adjust the exchange rate accordingly if exchange rates change significantly.

6. What is the return policy?

We accept returns when the items are defective or are damaged during shipment. You may also return unopened goods in a condition to be resold for up to 30 days from the date of your receipt. You will need to pay for shipping costs incurred associated with the return.

7. Can I exchange my item for another item if I decide I do not like the ordered goods?

We are not able to offer any direct exchange service. Should you wish to buy another item, please place another order.

Shipping and Delivery

1. What shipping method do you use and how big will the parcel be?

All products are delivered from Hong Kong to Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Japan and other major countries. The size of each parcel will be approximately 22 x 22 x 19 cm and under 2 kg in weight.

2. Which countries do you service and how long will it take to receive my order?

All products are manufactured in the United States and ship from Hong Kong to Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Japan, and all other major countries. You will receive your order in approximately two weeks after you place your order.

3. What do I do if I need to change my address after placing my order?

If you wish to change your address for shipping, please contact our client support team online at the iHealthScience website.

4.     Why is shipping charged per order as opposed to per item placement, and splitting of order may occur?

Shipping is charged per order to reflect the true shipping cost. For some shipments, splitting an order will lower the import tax substantially.
